My first day in my local Farmer's Market, in the quiet little village of Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare. I have never been so nervous about baking some cupcakes, especially for what turned out to be a washed-out event... Punters aren't so keen on shopping in the lashing rain apparently!
